  We've got MUSIC    We've got GREAT company !

     And this is our chance to make it happen for folks living in Santa Cruz County's care facilities.

Every September I-You Venture hosts a Picnic In The Park for care facility residents of Santa Cruz County. This year's event will be held Friday, September 11th, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. This picnic is often the only time that residents at care facilities are able to get to a park. Many look forward to this event all year long. A few hours to get outside, converse with others over a great meal prepared on the grill by volunteers, feel the warmth of the sun, and soak up the forest that surrounds Aptos Village Park. Ahhhhhhhh...
So...

We need your help to make this happen:

Fifty dollars will purchase beverages and ice for 50 seniors; one hundred will pay for ice cream, one hundred fifty will cover the cost of hamburgers and veggie burgers, and...well, you get the idea. We still have to get paper plates, etc.
Family Service Agency has experienced BIG budget cuts this year, and we're hoping to raise $1000 for this event. Please consider sponsoring Picnic In The Park using the PayPal Donate button or the mail-in form.
